Body and Habitation Ingress

We check every roof penetration, the windows, and the body seams at the rear. Damp first reveals itself through soft spots in the furniture baseboards and dark halos beneath rooflights. A full damp check is a standard part of our intake process for every single vehicle.

Chassis and Tyres

On all-terrain conversions, bushes, shock absorbers, and tyre age are the most common points of attention. Tyres are replaced based on age, not tread depth – anything beyond six years becomes critical.

What to Check Yourself During a Viewing

• Open and close the sliding door several times, checking for play or misalignment
• Inspect the underbody and wheel arches with a torch
• Fully open and close the pop-up roof or rooflights
• Fire up the heating and let it run for at least 20 minutes
• Turn on all electrical appliances simultaneously and monitor the voltage
