Upgraded and converted as a whole
From manufacturer to workshop: we can do almost everything ourselves.
Togo Reisemobile used to be a manufacturer. That experience now lives in over 1,200 m² of workshop space – with our own joinery, upholstery, metal shop and 3D printing for precise templates. We work with original manufacturer parts and materials so conversions look factory-made.
Our rule: where it makes sense, we rely on the manufacturer's factory options. For special cases, retrofits and used vehicles we do almost everything in-house.
Should I order design options ex works or retrofit them?
Wheels and design packs are often cheaper and warranty-safe ex works – we recommend that for new orders. Special colours, full wraps or wheel spacers we carry out in our own workshop.
How long does a full wrap take?
Depending on vehicle size and design, 3 to 5 working days including preparation, removing trim parts and curing. Your vehicle stays with us indoors during that time.
Does a wrap damage the paint?
No, quite the opposite: a professionally applied film protects the original paint from stone chips and UV. On intact paintwork it can later be removed without residue – good for resale.
Do alloy wheels and wheel spacers need to be registered?
As a rule, yes. We only use combinations with a parts certificate or ABE approval, check wheel-arch clearance and organise the TÜV inspection so you drive away with correct paperwork.
Can I have just design stripes or a partial wrap?
Yes. Many customers start with stripes, lettering or wrapped roof and bonnet panels. We cut the elements to match the vehicle contours and agree them with you on a design draft beforehand.
Do you also carry out design work on used vehicles?
Of course. As a former manufacturer we have joinery, upholstery, a metal shop and 3D printing in house across more than 1,200 m² – for older vehicles and other brands too.
